Sales & Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Executive (On-ground – Indianapolis, IN) to represent LinkerBees.com and our growing suite of technology-driven solutions built to help small and mid-sized businesses optimize their operations, strengthen customer engagement, and embrace digital transformation. These include CRM systems, feedback and service tools, POS interfaces, digital tipping platforms, and custom integrations — all white-labeled and centrally managed via our robust SaaS platform.

As our on-ground representative in Indianapolis, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our regional presence, closing new business, and delivering on-the-ground support to clients during and after onboarding. This is not just a sales job — it's a multi-dimensional role where you will blend strategy and execution, working closely with both prospective and active customers to identify problems, pitch effective solutions, and build lasting relationships.

The right candidate will be someone who thrives in field-based sales, understands the importance of trust in client relationships, and is capable of translating product features into real business value. You’ll be our brand ambassador in the region — working with independence, ownership, and a passion for helping local businesses modernize how they operate.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of LinkerBees Guest Experience solutions, and POS and other CRM and ERP offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property owners, managers, and staff through visits, calls, and demos.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, share proposals, and support deal closures.
  • Assist in onboarding clients and collecting business information for implementation.
  • Distribute printed marketing material (QR kits, tent cards, brochures) and coordinate with backend teams for delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and business chambers.
  • Track leads, pipeline stages, and customer data via CRM tools.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B field sales, software sales, or SaaS outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and persuasion ability.
  • Confidence to approach new businesses and handle end-to-end sales conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Previous experience working with local business owners (e.g., retail, F&B, services).
  • Exposure to software platforms related to customer engagement, payments, or business automation.
  • Comfortable conducting live demos, handling objections, and closing independently.
