We're looking for a highly skilled Odoo & Python Developer to join our in-house team and support the development and customization of ERP modules that power LinkerBees.com — a next-gen digital solution. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building custom modules, integrating APIs, and tailoring ERP workflows for multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Develop and customize Odoo modules (primarily Odoo 17/18 Community Edition).
- Build and maintain custom CRM, Hotel Management, Restaurant POS, Feedback, and Tipping modules.
- Integrate 3rd party APIs such as Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp/Voice), Stripe, Shift4, and Channex.
- Create dashboards, automations, and role-based access for client workflows.
- Handle multi-database, multi-company setups with tenant-level restrictions.
- Maintain documentation and version control for all customizations and modules.
Must Have
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Odoo development (Community Edition preferred).
- Strong command over Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo ORM.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Twilio, Stripe, or any payment gateway is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Git for version control.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
- Experience in hospitality, POS, or CRM systems.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Nginx, AWS EC2).
- Additional languages
