We are looking for a passionate and versatile Social Media & Creative Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of LinkerBees.com’s digital brand identity and storytelling. As the face of our online presence, you’ll drive the planning, creation, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across social media, web, and print. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution — you’ll be conceptualizing posts one day, launching a feedback-driven campaign the next, and iterating based on performance data the day after.
You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing lifecycle: building a content calendar, designing creatives, writing compelling copy, running campaigns, engaging with our audience, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing future efforts. From introducing new product features to elevating our brand story across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Ads — you’ll make sure every pixel and word is aligned with our values and goals.
We're not looking for someone to just "manage" social media. We want someone who owns it — who lives for creativity, thinks visually, and communicates strategically. You’ll play a key role in how our brand is perceived by the industry, our clients, and future partners — so your work won’t just be seen, it will be remembered.

Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, graphic design, or brand communication.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of content formats (carousels, reels, stories, blog snippets).
- Good command over written English (can write clear and catchy captions).
- Basic understanding of paid ads, SEO, or email marketing is a plus.
- Perfect written English
- Ability to manage projects independently and stick to timelines.
